I was writing a test and wrote my freaking NAME wrong, and then I put "24" as an answer to one of those matching definitions thingies, when there were only 10 options.
I found out later when my friend pointed out my many mistakes.

I have that problem too, sometimes. Like, once, because I wrote that I was Spanish on the Student Survey, they thought I'd need help in English. SO, I went and I said I could speak English perfectly, because "I was born in Canada and Canada is my first language."
